Great location, spacious apartmenrt with great facilities, helpfull staff and cleaner was very helpful.

Good location, nice service. Room, kitchen and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

In the kitchen there were no dish soap and sponge, so after cooking we didn't have anything to clean the dishes.

When checking in, the person told me my card was declined, so I then used a second credit card. Now I see I have been billed and paid twice. Charges to both my cards.

The place was difficult to find, I was send 3 e-mails with different check in locations and the last address didn't exist. When I was about to give up searching I saw a small door with the name of the place on it! Small room, not particularly clean, uncomfortable bed, no showerhead in the bathroom, broken toilet flush, water was hardly coming out of the tap.

the cleanliness was very poor as soon as we entered we found the kitchen as dirty as knives and forks with food on them and the fridge full of stuff. furthermore in the bathroom there was no welcome sign with soap or anything we had to go and ask the cleaning lady who was walking around and at the reception we had to wait 20 minutes because our reservation was not found, which included me being told that the reservation was not a real one and I had to show every email I received

It was spacious and the location was good

All single beds, light in bathroom was poor, and not like the photos online. On arrival we had to check in one place and walk to the apartment.

Friendly staff, excellent location. Restaurants, shops, and a bus stop are nearby. The apartment is cleaned daily. The internet is also excellent.

The kitchen is very modestly equipped. That could be a lot better. We didn't even have enough plates.

The receptionists were very friendly + helpful. We had some problems with the bed at our arrival, but they offered to give us a completely new room. :)

The beds were not very comfortable and it was a bit noisy sometimes.

The TV had only six channels and three of them were Russian, MTV, Rai Uno and one sport channel. The maids were noisy while cleaning. At 2:15pm in an app near ours there was guests speaking very load unfortunately we could’nt rest.

Noise coming from the floor above, after being told they were only using the first two floors so there should have been no one there.

Good sized 1 bedroom apartment, comfy bed, clean sheets. Large shower cubicle with glass doors, shower room good size & modern. Clean towels. Large fridge/freezer adequate kitchen equipment. Lift to apartment.

No tea towels, washing up liquid or cleaning cloths, which would have been useful. Although the apartment was cleaned daily. Unfortunately the telephone didn't work, so didn't receive our early morning (4am) call. But no serious complaints.

The staff was amazing. Location is brilliant. Our room were huge and comfy. Hotel is clean and accessible.

The shower was in horrible shape what they could fix in a couple of minutes for no money basically. It was leaking everywhere and the shower head was in poor condition. Make sure if you only book one room that room has no doors to the next room. We had to change it in the first day because of the noise. But it's really handy if you book two rooms and can go to each others room.

The apartment was in a great location with a number of buses running from directly outside going to Valletta making getting around the island easy. The apartment was a good size with a double bed in one room and twin beds in the other. There was a full oven with electric hob and a large fridge freezer. The kitchen had plenty of pans and utensils when we wanted to prepare our own meals. That said there was plenty of places to eat literally outside the apartment and in both directions to suit all tastes and bugets.

TV channels were very limited for English channels although not the worst I've ever experienced. The iron in the room had a severely frayed cord which I reported but was not resolved while we were there. We also had a problem with the bathroom lock which required maintenance to resolve which they did in a timely manner. The stairs which were also the fire escape often had bags of linen on them and the cleaning trolley on the small landing between the apartments which would have been a major issue if there was a fire. Whilst reporting the bathroom and iron I also highlighted the issue with the stairs which improved slightly. We tried the breakfast in the Blubay Hotel which was ok but did not blow us away for the money. The biggest disappointment for me was going to the massage centre in the hotel for a Shellac nail varnish. I already had shellac on which needed to be taken off first. The shellac was €9 but I was advised to take the shellac off and then do the Shellac would be €20. I thought it was a bit expensive but decided to go ahead. The lady proceeded to take off my nail varnish by lifting it off and scraping it with a tool. My nails on one hand were completely ruined as this is not how you remove shellac nail varnish. I tried to talk to her to ask why she wasn't using a special shellac nail varnish remover buy her English was not very good and she struggled to understand my concerns. The stool I was sat on was not very safe as it had wheels and when I went to sit down it slid out from underneath me and I landed on the floor. Fortunately I am quite fit and whilst it hurt it was not a major problem but could have been for someone else with mobility issues. I did not finish getting my nails done but said I did not wish to continue as I was concerned about her doing the other hand too. It was a shame as I had looked forward to treating myself.

The location was perfect with amazing sea views and the apartments were really spacious. The roof top pool was in a separate building and was amazing with both indoor heated and outdoor pool and also has fantastic views! There was also a beauty room and restaurant. All accommodation was clean and the reception staff were really helpful. I'd stay again!

The apartment facilities needed a bit of TLC, (the sealent around the bath needed re-doing and the doors for the shower had yellowed etc) There was no liquid, tea towels or cloth for washing dishes, we were only there for 3 nights and the only washing liquid we could find was €3.50! There wasn't much crockery, we had to ask for mugs for a hot drink. If you want peace and quiet this isn't the place for you because of traffic noise.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good location close to the marina. The room was very clean and housekeeping were good!

If breakfast was offered onsite but the sister hotel is only two mins away walking. Slight problem with the bed, it was two singles pushed together to create a double, not very comfortable.

The location was ideal. Was a 5min walk from the front of Gzira where there is plenty bars, restaurants and shops. It's also a 10minute walk to the sliema ferry over to Valetta. This was brilliant as it was so quick and cheap.

The apartments are quite loud.
